VA Assistant to CEO – Industry Influencer – Upwork


Seeking a highly motivated and organised Virtual Assistant to support the CEO and assist in retaining their influence in the industry. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and organisational skills. He/She must be highly detailed focused.

WORK HOURS – 9to5 GST – flexible and suits working parents

Responsibilities:

-Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements using Calendly and TripIt
-Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships
-Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other corporate documents in MS and Google Suite
-Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and conferences
-Monitor and manage CEO’s email correspondence and prioritise incoming requests
-Manage CEO’s speaking and conference engagements, social media, and travel arrangements.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
-Assist in monitoring and managing the CEO’s social media presence and engagements on LinkedIn and Twitter
-Create visually appealing graphics using Canva for social media posts and presentations
-Utilize project management tools like Asana, Slack, and AirTable to streamline workflows and organize tasks
-Manage and update the CEO’s and Company Wix website
-Familiarity with ChatGPT and Open AI for content generation and assistance
-Track productivity and monitor time usage with TimeDoctor

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
-Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and experience in social media marketing
-Previous experience creating visually appealing graphics using Canva
-Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana, Slack, and AirTable
-Experience with Calendly and TripIt for calendar and travel management
-Ability to manage and update a Wix website
-Familiarity with ChatGPT and Open AI for content generation and assistance
-Experience with TimeDoctor or similar time-tracking software is preferred
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
-Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
-Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Hourly Range: $10.00-$25.00
