Build an online database for all Stenn’s partnership legal documents so we have a single file to view who we have agreements with and the terms of the agreement
Daily engagement with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product or Partner Operations to locate all the contract files
Using Excel or G-Sheets enter the data in the contract into the database (template will be provided)
You:
Strong English skills (reading and writing) and an ability to engage across functions and build relationships
Able to work autonomously without requiring constant supervision
Self motivated to stay on task
Quick learner and able to understand instructions given
What will success look like:
Will have developed a centralized repository of all Stenn’s partnerships legal documents and be confident in the data
Note: Will require an NDA to be signed prior to starting the work due to the nature of the information that will need to be reviewed
