About Us:

We are expanding our e-commerce operations into the UK market. We are seeking a reliable and organized Business Representative who will be responsible for establishing our initial business presence in the UK, with full support and guidance from our headquarters.

Job Description:

The Business Representative will play a key role in setting up our e-commerce operations in the UK. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be tasked with registering the company, setting up tax accounts, renting office space (initially a shared office), and establishing our e-commerce sales accounts and storefronts. After these initial tasks are completed, the role will transition to a remote assistant, handling various day-to-day tasks that require local presence.

Key Responsibilities:

– Register the company and set up necessary tax accounts in the UK, with full support from our headquarters.
– Find and rent a shared office space for the company’s initial operations.
– Set up e-commerce platform sales accounts and online storefronts, following the company’s guidelines.
– Serve as the local point of contact for any on-the-ground activities required in the UK.
– Provide ongoing remote assistance to the headquarters, including managing communications with local partners, handling document submissions, and other administrative tasks.
– Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a similar role or with administrative tasks is a plus, but not required.
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the headquarters team.
– Basic understanding of business registration and tax processes in the UK is beneficial.
– Strong communication skills.
– Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
