Chargeback Rebuttal Expert – Upwork

My company is seeking an experienced professional to draft (2) chargeback rebuttals. This is our first time dealing with chargebacks, and we believe we have a strong case. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful rebuttals and a deep understanding of the chargeback process. We have (1) rebuttal 90% drafted but are looking for expert advice on whether or not we should include certain emails and images.  The other rebuttal is a solid case we have everything in writing and clear communication between my firm and the client. Both instances have signed contracts, estimates, and proof of work and delivery.
