Chinese speaking VA needed to help onboard chinese speaking customers to app – Upwork


Hi we are looking for someone who can help us onboard our customers to the app we created. These customers are mostly chinese speaking and may have questions on how to sign up. Would like to have someone who’s familiar with technology, experienced with working with multi-lingual customers and onboarding to address questions and provide support.

We have other daily activities that will need you to help. An ideal candidate is someone who’s willing to help us improve process and gather users feedback, can facilitate both Chinese and English audience, and are organized and take initiative.

We also have outreach and follow up activities that are required to perform daily.

Know how to use WeChat is important. Our hours are flexible but prefer the candidate can cover majority of the US hours. Morning and night time.

We are starting xiaohongshu, also would need the person to know how to create social media posts

The candidate needs to be communicative and comfortable with making daily reports.

We will need full time or close to full time capacity

Hourly Range: $3.00-$4.00
