Are you a ClickUp expert who excels at turning chaos into order? We’re seeking a friendly and experienced ClickUp consultant to help us reorganize our workspaces. Our current setup isn’t as efficient as it could be, and we need someone who can understand our unique business model and guide us on the best workflow strategies.

About Us:

We are a dynamic digital marketing agency that operates as a hybrid between an affiliate network and a digital marketing agency. Our core team consists of 8 dedicated professionals, and we regularly collaborate with external freelancers on various projects. Our mission is to drive results for our clients through innovative marketing strategies and effective campaign management.

Current Challenges:

Inefficient Structure: We’ve been using ClickUp for over a year but haven’t figured out the most efficient way to structure our spaces.

Document Management:

Our documents are not being utilized effectively, and we want ClickUp to be our single source of truth.
Project Overload: With numerous projects running simultaneously, it’s challenging to keep track of everything.
Inconsistent Usage: Our team members use ClickUp differently, leading to a lack of uniformity and efficiency.

Our Goals:

Work with us to understand our business model and workflow requirements.
Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize our ClickUp workspaces.
