Role & Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client
accounts, guiding complex negotiations, and ensuring the development of strong,
strategic relationships. Provide high-level oversight and strategic direction
throughout the project lifecycle to ensure continued client satisfaction and
engagement.
2. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex web
development projects. Utilise project management techniques to manage
timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure seamless collaboration
between internal teams, third parties, and vendors to deliver projects that exceed
client expectations.
3. Strategic Technical Liaison: Elevate the role of technical liaison by providing
strategic oversight in translating client needs into actionable development plans.
Ensure the highest level of excellence is achieved by fostering strong collaborations
between clients and the technical team.
4. Leadership in Strategic Planning: Play a pivotal role in the creation and execution
of strategic plans. Lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and
business growth. Utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and
operational improvements.
5. Enhanced Feedback and Reporting Mechanisms: Develop and implement a
comprehensive framework for collecting, analysing, and leveraging client feedback
and project data. Deliver insightful reports to senior management that drive
strategic decision-making and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement.
6. Strategic Upselling and Cross-Selling: Lead strategic upselling and cross-selling
initiatives, identifying and targeting opportunities that align with both client needs
and business goals. Develop tailored strategies to maximise revenue growth from
existing and new client relationships.
7. Sophisticated Client Information Management: Oversee the management of client
information within CRM/Project Management Tools. Ensure the integrity, accuracy,
and strategic use of data to enhance client relationships and project outcomes.
8. Executive-Level Communication:Lead communications with clients, including
strategic discussions, contract negotiations, and high-level problem-solving. Ensure
effective communication strategies are in place across all channels to support
business objectives.
9. Proactive New Client Acquisition: Support the acquisition of new clients with
strategic marketing and outreach initiatives. Utilise deep market insights and a
strategic approach to identify and engage potential clients, securing valuable new
projects for the business.
10. Strategic Market Awareness: Maintain and utilise an in-depth understanding of
industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Leverage this
knowledge to position Made Neat as a leader in the web development industry and
to inform strategic planning and innovation efforts.
11. Leadership in Continuous Improvement: Establish and lead a culture of continuous
improvement within the organization. Develop and implement strategies for
integrating client feedback and industry best practices into Made Neat’s services
and processes.
12. Team Leadership and Development: Assume a leadership role in guiding and
developing the project management and client service teams. Mentor junior staff,
foster a collaborative team environment, and develop talent to ensure the team’s
capabilities align with the strategic goals of the business.
Hourly Range: $6.00-$16.00
