Your primary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be to cultivate and strengthen the relationships we have with our clients and partners. We aim to build long-term, trustworthy, and mutually beneficial partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported, and that our business partners see us as a reliable and integral part of their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regular meetings with clients and business partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Review and assess client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
Foster strong, trustworthy relationships that align with Unicaps Digital Payments’ values and business goals.
Regularly report on client satisfaction metrics and propose actionable steps to enhance the client experience.
