Job Duties:
*Handling all support inquiries – this includes email, social media, texting, and questions posed within our community groups.
*Managing payment processing applications, including payments, subscriptions, refunds, etc.
*Managing customers ActiveCampaign.
*Setting up and managing ActiveCampaign automations and various integrations
*Student management (checking assignments, answering support questions, keeping mentors updated on problems).
*For new students, keeping track of their enrollment progress (Docusign, joining the community, submitting t-shirt info).
*Keeping track of the many scheduled Zoom calls we have weekly within our different communities – stay on top of dates and times, download calls and upload them into the appropriate platforms to share with the community.
*Monitoring our communities for comments and posts that could become testimonials.
*Send out weekly blog posts (copy will be provided).
*Monitor course applications to ensure applicants are moving through the enrollment process.
*As-needed posting within our communities on Facebook and MightyNetworks (announcements, engagement posts, etc.). In most cases, copy will be provided.
Need experience with the following tech and tools –
ThriveCart
*ActiveCampaign
*Zapier
*Building out courses in Kajabi and MightyNetworks (copy/materials will be provided).
*Docusign
*SimpleTexting
*Integrations of all of above

Hourly Range: $10.00-$22.00
