Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Communications Manager who will play a central role in developing and executing our communication strategies. This position requires excellent language skills, strong English proficiency, outstanding social skills, and a high degree of empathy. The primary responsibility involves integrating and channeling individuals from various social networks and platforms into our social media channels, as well as building valuable contacts and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
1. Facebook Group Management:
• Actively communicate and engage in relevant Facebook groups.
• Channel potential followers to our Facebook page and engage them there.
2. Contact Building on Dating Platforms:
• Develop and maintain valuable contacts through platforms such as Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge.
• Redirect these contacts to our social media channels.
3. Podcast Management:
• Research and identify potential podcast guests.
• Organize and invite podcast guests.
4. Partnership Management:
• Identify and establish cooperation partnerships.
• Develop opportunities for exchanges and further development through collaborations.
5. Social Media Interaction and Communication:
• Engage in direct communication and conversations with followers and potential clients across all social media platforms.
• Regularly comment on and interact with posts to boost community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships through targeted communication on social networks.
6. Content Management and Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase interaction and engagement across all social media channels.
• Regularly monitor and analyze interactions to continuously optimize communication.
Requirements:
• Excellent language skills, both in English and your native language.
• Strong social skills and empathy in dealing with diverse audiences.
• Experience in social media management and communication within digital networks.
• Ability to build valuable contacts and convert them into long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of popular social media platforms and their communication standards.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$15.00
