Springboard Career Services Support Associate

Overview
Springboard is an online education company founded in 2013 by Gautam Tambay and Parul Gupta. Our mission is to close the world’s skill gap by helping our students develop the skills they need to achieve career success in today’s job market.

About The Role
As a Career Services Support Associate, you will work with students enrolled in courses at Springboard who are learning various technical skills such as software engineering, data analytics, and more to change their careers. You will also work with students who have completed their course and entered their job search period, during which they will be applying for jobs with the support of Springboard’s career coaches.

You’ll Be…
Providing support on a wide range of topics via email to Springboard’s students or Coaches, to delight them with the quality of each interaction
Collaborating with other teams at Springboard to complete tasks, solve problems, and answer questions
Updating and maintaining documentation
Handling operational tasks that are a part of keeping Springboard’s courses running smoothly
Acting as the sole point of contact for review and reassignment of Career Services Tickets to corresponding owners

What You Bring To The Table
At least 2 years of customer support experience
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
A professional but friendly and approachable tone in customer interactions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic math analytical skills to process invoices with 100% accuracy
Basic to intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheets experience for information management and analysis
Experience with GSuite
Good time management skills
Ability to troubleshoot and think on the fly
Proactive, independent, self-starter who also knows when to ask for help

Requirements
An internet connection that can support camera-on video calls
Ability to work 40 hours per week during Pacific Time
No other time-consuming work that has the potential to impact your performance in this role

Hourly Range: $6.00
