We are a dropshipping company that runs multiple e-commerce stores using Shopify in Europe and have done over multiple 6 figures in revenue.
At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for new talents for our digital advertising team to help us in achieving goals efficiently.
Whom do we search for?
We are searching for someone who can act as a customer service representative who is the first point of contact to our customers, helps solving their issue and making our customers happy.
Our expectations for the position of the customer service representative are as follows:
– Previous experience in Shopify Dropshipping, Email communication, Customer Support
– Passion about working punctual and being trustworthy
– Familiarity with Order Tracking and Initiating Refunds
– Good organization when it comes to various assets and mastering time management
– Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative
– A team player that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

– A full time (160 hours) salary per month
