We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Figma for data design entry tasks. This role does not involve graphic design but requires a proficient ability to use Figma for creating mock-ups using an existing template, implementing new color schemes, and cropping and inserting images.
Key Responsibilities:
– Use Figma to input data into a designated template.
– Implement a new color scheme according to specific requirements.
– Crop and adjust images to fit the template, specifically portraits for the hero section.
– Update the template with necessary information such as opening times, address, phone number, etc.
– Create mock-ups aimed at dental professionals, taking elements from their current websites (if outdated) and implementing them into a fresh, new template.
– Ensure the output is consistent and meets the fixed output expectations.
Requirements:
– Proven experience with Figma; familiarity with its tools and features for data entry and design adjustments.
– Ability to work efficiently, managing to create three mock-ups per hour.
– Attention to detail for accurately updating template information.
– Excellent time management skills.
Compensation: $5 per hour.
