We are looking for an individual to handle tickets submitted to us through Asana. You will take the information and create a customer in our ERP system, Acumatica. You will be asked to respond to tickets between the hours of 8am-8pm PST Monday-Friday. Any ticket submitted during this time should be handled that day.
ERP, Asana, and Slack experience highly preferred.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
