We will need game ID from these 3 sites: igdb.com, howlongtobeat.com and romhacking.net.
An example for Pokemon Emerald for Gameboy Advance would be:
IGDB: 1517, HLTB: 7150, RH: 1912
Basically you will fill out that information on our admin panel then click active and move on to the next one. Its fairly straight forward but feel free to ask questions if there are any.
There are about 37,000 games in our database.
