Data Entry Specialist for WooCommerce and Hyros Tracking System – Upwork

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist in entering and verifying missing WooCommerce orders in the Hyros tracking system. This position requires manual data entry and verification to ensure accurate reporting of sales data. The ideal candidate will have experience with WooCommerce, data entry, and an understanding of tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities
*Data Entry: Manually enter and verify missing WooCommerce orders into the Hyros tracking system.
*Verification: Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered, preventing duplicate entries.
*Communication: Collaborate with our team to ensure all orders are accurately reflected in Hyros.
*Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues with data discrepancies or duplication.

Requirements
Experience: Previous experience with data entry, preferably with WooCommerce and tracking systems like Hyros.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability: Immediate availability to start the project and respond promptly to any issues or updates.

Project Details
Task: Enter and verify missing WooCommerce orders in the Hyros tracking system.
Issue: Current reporting in Hyros is not accurate, with a delay in attribution and some orders not being attributed.
Current Status: A test batch of 4 sales was manually added, with 1 updated successfully and 3 resulting in duplicate data.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$20.00
