I am looking for FIPS code for the U.S. addresses in the csv file. FIPS code is a five-digit code assigned to U.S. state-county combinations. The first two digits indicate the state of a county, and the last three digits indicate the county. There are several packages in Python, R, SAS, STATA and many other languages to perform this task, or you can use other methods you prefer.
