We’re the Foundation, a fully remote digital marketing and instructional design firm and we’re looking for more virtual assistant data entry support for the following tasks as we grow
– Weekly Hourly Invoicing
– Bi-Monthly Invoicing
– End of Month Invoicing
– Downloading Videos from content calendars and converting them to audio
– Loading converted audio into Google Folders and our social media app.
– Keeping Google Docs, Folders and Charts up to date
Invoicing: We already have processes for these projects we will train you on as you get started. You’ll be given our hours and project description break-downs in PDFs for our clients, partners, and freelancers. You’ll copy and paste the hours and descriptions onto our Google Drive Invoicing sheets on a weekly, bi-monthly, and end-of-month cycle.
Video and Audio Support: We will train you to keep up with our app partners content production process. Essentially, if you can download and post a photo on Facebook or IG, you’ll be able to handle our daily app support lol.
You’ll be given our content calendar filled out by our developers and designers throughout the day. You will then copy and paste the information for the video in our chart, download the video, convert the video to an audio *using our favorite free conversion websites, and upload the video to a Google Folder and eventually to our social media platform.
These are a few of the types of data entry projects we’re looking to hire people who have availability throughout the day and evening as well as on weekends (as needed), to quickly turn around easy data entry projects, and as we grow, you’ll continue to grow with us.
Time Commitment: Between the current workload which is invoicing and managing the content data for our social media app, you can expect anywhere between a few minutes to 1-2 hours a day.
As with all data entry tasks, once you get trained and start working you’ll naturally get faster and thus take less time.
Budget: Our Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, and Admin tasks at this skill level range between $5 – $10/project, which is in line with industry standards.
