Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Filipino debt collector to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will work 2 hours a day, assisting us with debt collection tasks.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
Follow up on payment commitments and update account statuses.
Requirements:
Proven experience in debt collection.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Hourly Range: $4.00-$5.00
