I’m Joshua S., the CEO and founder of a rapidly expanding company with over 175 employees and a head office of about 15 people. We’re on the lookout for a highly capable and dynamic personal assistant to support me in navigating the daily challenges of leading a fast-paced business.

Role Expectations:

• Administrative Support: Manage my diary, arrange meetings, and organise travel plans.
• Communication: Draft, review, and send emails and other correspondence on my behalf.
• Project Management: Help plan and execute projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are top-notch.
• Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile reports to aid decision-making.
• Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost confidentiality in all matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience supporting C-level executives or entrepreneurs.
• Skills: Outstanding organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
