Excel Spreadsheet Research & Data Entry. Real Estate research experience helpful. – Upwork


Philippines applicants, only. Previous experience w real estate/property related research in the United States/Texas is very helpful. I am looking for long-term hires, only.  $5/hour of work.

Job:
1. Look up property owners’ info on county foreclosure listing websites.
2. Enter data for each lead into a spreadsheet.
3. Clean up spreadsheet for end use. Accuracy is very very important.  

If hired, eventually, work will be done Tuesday-Saturday AM’s, Philippines time. Bonuses of $30 will be paid for every property we buy, as a result of your researched leads.

Here is an example video to give you an idea of the research. A longer onboarding video will be created for you, once you apply. You will be trained by one of my Philippines-based team. She is becoming a school teacher.

If interested, you will receive a trial job.  If hired & successful, you can count on 10-20 hours a week, with work occurring your Tues-Sat, starting at approx 5:30 PM to 5AM my time, Central Standard Time, US.
