I’m a solopreneur, and I own a small business called Flowshift. I work with an Automator and together we create integrated systems for small to mid-size businesses. Our services include: Process documentation, tools integration, Clickup/Notion setup with Training materials included.
Right now my business is growing fast, and I’m looking for a proactive and smart individual, ideally with experience in Clickup, Notion, and automation tools, to help me with the admin side of my business while taking over some tasks related to process design, Clickup/Notion set up, and documentation.
DEPENDING ON YOUR POTENTIAL AND SKILLS THIS ROLES RATE CAN INCREASE AND CAN BECOME MORE OF A STRATEGIZER/PROCESS IMPLEMENTATOR.
The duties of this position are not yet clear in my mind, let’s say that right now i just need some help me ASAP because I’m overloaded with clients and pending tasks, and I need to organize how I operate.
The ideal person would be easy to work with, communicative, really proactive, diligent and honest. Honest about what she/he can and can’t do, and always willing to figure it out.
