Understand my travel goals, interests, and budget through in-depth consultation
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with my preferences
Create a detailed, day-by-day itinerary that optimizes my travel time and experiences
Provide expert advice on travel logistics, such as visa requirements, insurance, and luggage management
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and best practices
Offer prompt and effective support before, during, and after my trip
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a travel agent, with a focus on personalized itinerary planning
Extensive knowledge of global destinations, including cities, attractions, and hidden gems
Familiarity with a wide range of travel options, including flights, trains, rental cars, and private tours
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome travel challenges
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex itineraries
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and itinerary planning tools
Flexibility to work independently and adapt to my needs, even during off-hours
Able to provide response generally within 2 hours.
