I am seeking a dedicated Financial Data Entry Specialist and Business Analyst (full-time hours) to join a expanding golf course/lawn maintenance business based in US. The successful candidate will be responsible for basic bookkeeping and data entry of financial transactions, including but not limited to the buying and maintenance costs of lawn maintenance equipment, fertilizer, chemical treatment, golf carts, and payroll of personnel, as well as accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the role involves monthly reporting, comparing transactions of similar items to previous months or years, and drawing insights on how costs have fluctuated.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (including Microsoft 365 platform)
– Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
– Junior level position; training will be provided. However as the position will be mostly remote/virtual, some experience in this type of work or familiarity with the industry would be preferable
– Ability to work at least 2-3 hours daily in the EST time zone, with flexibility in other hours
Compensation:
– Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
– Bonuses or raises based on performance
Contract Details:
– Probation period of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time contract upon review
