Monthly salary from 600-700 USD (review after 3 months, raise depending on performance)
Monthly bonuses based on customer ratings (90% 5 star reviews = 15 % Bonus)
Schedule: 48 hours per week on a 5 day a week bases (8h per day – can vary)
Your responsibilities will be:
-guest communication by email, online messages or phone calls
-Preparation of instructions for clients to ensure smooth check in
-adding issues / complaints into internal ticket system and reporting to management should issues not be resolved in needed time.
– Scheduling cleaning on check in and checkouts.
– Send weekly maintenance issues reports and contact suppliers to fix them. ( includes gathering quotes and repair timing).
– Keep control of the staff in mexico and tasks accomplished.
– Monitoring cleanliness by video or video calls.
Requirements;
-great communication skills
-experienced socialising skills with clients
-fluent English & Spanish skills in speaking and writing
-efficient and confident in problems solving
-Channel manager experience preferred (currently Guesty)
-Confident to deal with stressful situations / demanding clients – keep cool!!
-Solution focused
-good technical understanding – You need to be able to quickly understand and use new software – channel manager can change on weekly bases
-mobile phone and laptop required
-good internet connection required / you need to be able to show speed test on phone interview while being at your work place.
