German speaking VA for Office Tasks – Upwork


Dear Job Applicants,

My name is Fabian Schmid and I am the CEO of AllClub GmbH, a real estate development company located in Austria, Europe.

We have demand for a reliable, German speaking Virtual Assistant who is a fast learner and very detail-oriented. We need someone who has prior experience in the daily tasks of running an office and can read and write in German without any implications. These tasks primarily involve:
• Email management (via Gmail)
• Document management (via Nextcloud)
• Invoice management (via Nextcloud)

You have to have the following qualifications to be a good fit for our company:
• Very good German in writing
• Very good German in reading
• Good German in speaking
• A couple of years of experience in a similar position as an Office-VA
• Very detail-oriented
• Reliable
• Full-time availability

If this sounds like you, then we offer you the following:
• Fair and punctual pay according to your experience and qualifications
• Monthly full-time salary
• Pay Raises if expectations are exceeded
• Weekends Off (Saturday and Sunday)

Furthermore, you need the following IT setup:
• One primary wired internet connection and a backup
• Mac desktop (preferred) or PC desktop not older than 5 years
