Environmental Fluids is hiring talented lead generation specialists to research, connect, and setup discovery calls with prospects in the material science and specialty chemical sector. A majority of the prospects will be provided by our National Sales Director and Product Manager to optimize the lead generation process. The specialist will be assigned a set number of leads per week by EF managers and will be expected to perform research on the companies they are calling to adequately conduct the telephone calls. The premise of these initial "Connect Calls" is to locate decision makers within the prospective organization (i.e. Chemists, QC, or Procurement).
In addition, a bonus will be provided for the leads that convert to opportunities as well as additional bonuses for opportunities that convert to accounts. All specialists will undergo brief training and will be provided with a call script to reference for talking points. EF Management will be working along side the specialists to help answer questions and provide additional training to optimize the connect call conversations.
