Hiring Appointment Setter agencies – Upwork


We are currently looking  for experienced appointment setters for lead generation purposes. The ideal candidates should have a proven track record of efficiently reaching out to clients to schedule appointments for our sales executives and business development managers. The primary focus of the Appointment Setters will be on lead generation, involving proactive engagement with clients and prospects to secure appointments and provide information about our products or services. This role is performance-driven, with compensation tied to specific metrics and timelines, demanding candidates to quickly learn, deliver effectively, and meet set targets.

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be responsible for generating 300 appointments within a three-week timeframe. Key responsibilities include:
1. Participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge of one to two products.
2. Managing an assigned client and prospect list.
3. Making a targeted number of calls per hour with the goal of setting up appointments.
4. Taking ownership of one to two products, demonstrating sufficient knowledge to persuade clients to accept meeting invitations.
5. Completing tasks on time and generating authentic meeting invites with relevant personnel.

Requirements and Skills:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Demonstrated 5-10 years of work experience in lead generation.
2. Strong understanding of effective lead generation techniques.
3. Previous experience utilizing various lead generation methods.
4. Ability to engage effectively with potential clients and prospects.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete assignments
      within specified timelines.
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Bitrix24.
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in the English language.
10. Familiarity with call dialer interfaces, preferably Zadarma.

Remuneration: Compensation of $1 per appointment achieved.
Timing: Work hours from 8 am onwards, aligned with CET, covering a 6-8 hour workday.
