We are a fast-paced dropshipping company that runs multiple eCommerce stores using Shopify and marketing on Tiktok, Google, Facebook, Snapchat and more. Our team works remotely and lives all around the globe.
At the moment, we are expanding our business and are looking for long term A-players for our team who can help us achieve goals more efficiently.
Whom do we search for?
We are looking for Dropshipping VA – Customer service that will help us expand our dropshipping business by providing great customer service and attention to detail.
What we look for:
– Fluent in English (Must be able to read and write fluent English)
– Experience from a previous customer service role is desired
– Experience using Gmail or other email clients is desired
– Pay attention to details
– Must be a quick learner and able to work on your own and in a team
– Must be able to work fast
– Must have great communication skills
-Must know how to work on Notion
-Shopify experience
-Must know how work on google sheets
-Team player
You will need to be a fast learner and able to pick things up quickly, you will also pay attention to
detail. This will be a long term role with daily work to complete and you will be required to get
started right away once training has been provided.
The job will require you to answer and respond to all incoming email enquiries & questions from
customers on our website. You will be checking order statuses, updating customers on the
tracking of their order, handling PayPal disputes and sometimes managing comments on our
social media feeds
Our goal is to launch multiple products per day. We expect you to follow our standard operating procedures for launching new products. You will communicate with our team in our communication platform channel.
We always appreciate new methods and suggestions.
