HOA Project Manager/Admin Assistant – Upwork


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate community projects with third-party contractors.
• Hire and manage contractors as needed.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of shared community spaces.
• Communicate with residents regarding HOA matters.
• Maintain financial records and create budgets (both short and long-term).
• Handle invoices, receivables, payables, and delinquencies.
• Keep records of HOA documents and governing materials.
• Assist in planning and executing projects.
• Analyze project-related data as needed.
• Monitor and report project progress.
• Perform other admin ad hoc tasks

Qualifications and Skills:
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in project management or a similar role, preferably within an HOA sector in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$6.00
