Identify postal delivered, duty paid services to ship from UK to EU – Upwork

I need to know what options there are to send small, self-fulfilled items (approx 100 per month) to the EU from the UK whilst including paying any taxes upfront/directly by myself. Royal mail services now usually deliver the tax payment requirement to the customer on the EU. I want to take care of this myself. There are options like this below
