We are seeking a dedicated Personal Job Application Specialist to manage and complete job applications on behalf of a busy professional. This role is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, has a keen eye for detail, and can efficiently handle administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Review job descriptions and requirements to tailor applications appropriately.
Complete job application forms accurately and thoroughly on various platforms.
Upload and format resumes, cover letters, and other necessary documents.
Track application statuses and maintain a detailed log of all applications submitted.
Conduct follow-up communications as needed.
Ensure all applications are submitted before deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with online job application platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, etc.).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in human resources or recruitment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Basic understanding of various industries and job functions.
Hourly Range: $3.00-$13.00
