We are actively seeking a proficient IT Help Desk Technician (VA Tech) to provide effective technical support across our digital platforms, such as Bitrix24 and Mailchimp. The VA Tech plays a crucial role in addressing fundamental technical inquiries, offering clear guidance and solutions with a focus on exceptional communication and user-friendly assistance. Patience and the ability to simplify complex tech issues are essential when supporting SPA personnel with varying levels of technical proficiency.

Scope of Work:
The primary goal of the IT Help Desk Technician (VA Tech) is to establish vital support structures for SPAs, ensuring seamless navigation and utilization of our digital platforms for daily tasks. This commitment is crucial in maintaining the company’s reputation and providing SPAs with the necessary support for the successful implementation and execution of their assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for SPA supervisors seeking technical assistance via WhatsApp, Bitrix24 platforms, or email.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries.
• Identify optimal solutions based on information provided by SPA supervisors or the internal Core Working Group (CWG).
• Guide SPA supervisors through the problem-solving process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel, informing the Bitrix24 team or Project Manager as needed.
• Provide accurate information on digital platforms, templates, instructional videos, etc.
• Document events and problems, recording their resolutions in logs.
• Follow up with SPAs, keeping them informed on the status and information related to their technical concerns.
• Relay feedback or suggestions from SPA personnel to the appropriate internal team.
• Identify and propose potential improvements to procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in a VA Tech or similar IT support role.
• Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control tools.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms, communication tools (Zoom), mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and composed under pressure.
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field is considered an asset.

1. The fixed rate applies to each milestone, typically spanning 1 to 2 weeks on average.
