Looking for a Virtual Assistance to help with Listings, Basic Mockups, Social Media Content + Copy – Upwork


We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our Shopify listings, creating basic product mockups, and handling our social media content and copywriting needs. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Listings Management:

Create, edit, and manage product listings on Shopify.
Ensure all product information is accurate, detailed, and optimized for search.
Align product images, descriptions, pricing

Basic Mockup Creation:

Design simple and attractive mockups for products using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Customize templates and ensure mockups align with brand aesthetics.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency across all visual content.

Social Media Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Help Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms.
Utilize analytics tools to track engagement and optimize content strategy.

Copywriting:

Write compelling and persuasive product descriptions, blog posts, and social media captions.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written content.
Assist in creating promotional and marketing materials, including newsletters and email campaigns.

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify: Must have a solid understanding of Shopify, including product listing management and basic SEO principles.
Design Skills: Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create product mockups and social media graphics.
Social Media Savvy: Experience in managing social media accounts, creating content, and understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Copywriting Skills: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing product listings and creating mockups.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in e-commerce or retail industry.
Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or other social media management platforms.
Basic understanding of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
