This is a rare and cool opportunity! We are a private equity firm building a company of pet care services businesses through acquisitions and growth. In this fast-paced environment, we need an organization and research rockstar to help us with important digital marketing projects.
The ideal would be someone looking for an on-demand contract role with the potential for more regular hours if there is a fit. May be 5 hours per week to start; though we have potential for much more. It is an administrative position to help the productivity of the marketing department. It offers the opportunity to expand and build experience in digital marketing in the pet health and wellness sector, which is very fun and trendy to work in!
You will be responsible for supporting research, creating/updating key lists, maintaining critical assets, updating work products, and helping to execute plans.. Your tasks will include:
-Conducting market and industry research on key topics
-Buidling contact, industry influencer, product and association lists
-Assisting with identifying and tracking key events
-Analyzing and updating reports and maintaining data in key technology tools and platforms
-Helping with social media accounts
-Maintaining asset and information libraries and resources
-Other project support as it comes up
To excel in this role, you should have excellent research skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to process a lot of information quickly, solid organization skills and be able to work fast to specific direction. You must be comfortable working in a highly professional business services environment.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma; BA or BS college degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience working on projects in administration, organization, research and data with marketing related work as a bonus
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experinece with any collaborative platform like Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to maintain a wide range of tracking and project management documents such as Excel lists, PowerPoint presentations, marketing reports, project plan content and marketing ads or assets
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and produce quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment; comfortable with a fluid environment and priorities
• Experience with graphic design packages such as Adobe or CRM packages like HubSpot would be a plus
