Job Description: We are looking for a motivated, brilliant Marketing Assistant to work closely with our CEO in managing and executing marketing strategies. This role requires a versatile individual who can juggle multiple tasks, think creatively, and adapt quickly to the evolving demands of a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. It also requires Ecom experience with an entrepreneurial business aptitude.
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in developing and implementing marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners to execute marketing campaigns.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
Support in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Assist with organizing and coordinating events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an e-commerce or entrepreneurial environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
