We have also begun working with Momence, a competitor to Mindbody. Because it is a relatively new platform, you will not be expected to understand the system, but you are expected to learn how Momence functions and especially how it relates to Mindbody.

You need to be okay with working in a sometimes stressful environment when things need to be done with urgency. You will be required to read, write, and maintain SOPs based on feedback.
You should be a team player and be ready to collaborate with other team members on various projects.
You should be tech-savvy, and be willing to learn new things with enthusiasm.
You should be willing to wear multiple hats as the work will involve working in several departments. Some of the things we deal with can be complex, but you will have access to myself and other team members to help you.
You will be required to learn our tech-stack. That will largely be Mindbody, Momence, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Airtable, SmartSuite, and Gmail.
You will also be required to track time in Upwork. No manual time entry.
You will working with in tandem with my others on our team. Hopefully, you bring some experience that will be helpful to both him and me and we can start to develop a more clearly defined role for each of us.
Below are some of my expectations and task I’ll need from you, but again, this may morph into other responsibilities quickly.
• Mindbody Specialist (certification opportunity for non-billable time)
• Mindbody, Momence, Mindbody Marketing Suite, Brandbot, Loyalsnap experience a plus
• Perfect English or Nearly Fluent
• Typing Speed 50+ wpm minimum w/ 90-100% Accuracy
• Minimum 50Mbps Download 25Mbps Upload Internet Speed
• Good camera/sound setup for meetings – Meetings will be with camera ON and there are times when we need to work TOGETHER on a call. There are times when those calls can be 1-2 hours.
• Experience in using project management software
• Passionate about learning new things and getting things done
• Balance of accuracy and speed/efficiency
• Excellent Listening/Communication Skills
• Hear something I say and realize its importance without me having to tell you to write it down.
• Creating SOP’s for new team members
• Identify Problems – Find Solution – Communicate Plan – Implement
• Know or research best practices/use of software I use, e.g. Microsoft, SmartSuite, MS 365, etc
• Weekly/Daily Plan of All Tasks
• Meetings
