Monday.com setup for content agency – Upwork

I’m an owner-operator and my business is growing quickly. I’ll be hiring people very soon so It’s time to build systems and I need an expert to help speed the process. I’m not running ads and I’m not managing any inbound traffic, but I am managing a high volume of work. I’ve been using a mix of notion, google calendar, google docs and a daily task management app but I need to be operating with a good CRM and Project Management tool.

Insight for my business:
– I run a content agency with 6 clients
– I make videos for a business and run their social media pages.
– I run every aspect of my business; Sales, marketing, customer success, deliverables, admin, everything. – I plan to hire a new team member within the month and I need to make sure I delegate the right tasks to him and that he operates within my system.
