Job Description:
Assist with logistics documentation and general day-to-day admin.
Including Data Entry
Supplier sourcing
Timekeeper for shipping schedule/timeline
Writing Minutes of Meeting
Calendar management. Research using chat GPT and google into trends etc/ compliance.
Must be agile & flexible with projects.
Mandatory:
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Familiar with Google Ecosystem (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
Preferred:
Familiar with JIRA Software
Understand full logistics/supply chain process flow
Soft skills Qualification:
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and responsibilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Preferred Working Hour:
9:00 – 17:00 BST
