The problem I have is I hate working alone. So for the past 3 years I’ve been hiring virtual assistants to help me stay positive, focused, and on track.
The main role responsibility is being able to help me stay motivated and on track. I call it like a work buddy role. I need someone who I can talk to while working, to discuss ideas or brainstorm together.
I also need an assistant that can help with dictation or scheduling appointments or other tasks like that.
