Key Responsibilities:
•Efficiency Report Assistance: Compile, analyze, and present efficiency reports to help improve operational processes.
•Miro Board Support: Assist in setting up, maintaining, and organizing Miro boards for moving schedule.
•Report Management: Prepare, review, and distribute various reports as required.
•Confirmation Calls: Make confirmation calls to clients and stakeholders to ensure move appointments are on schedule.
•Call Routing: Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently.
•General Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
•Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
•Skills:
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in using Miro and other project management tools.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
*Strong attention to detail.
Hourly Range: $4.00-$8.00
