Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for setting appointments? Elev8 University is seeking an experienced outbound and inbound DM appointment setter to respond to and follow up with old leads and respond to new ones. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our credit repair services.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to inbound messages from potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Following up with old leads to re-engage them and schedule appointments.
• Initiating outbound messages to new leads to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound and inbound appointment setting, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with potential clients in a persuasive and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
