Outbound Customer Service & Property Management Operator – Upwork


The scope of work involves but is not limited to the following:
* Outbound communications with prospects and coordination of showings.
* Daily team meetings
* Systems and policy training
* Tenant & Vendor communications
* Additional Clerical & Customer Service tasks as needed.

This job is currently 20+ hours a week as needed with full-time growth potential.
You will work with a team but have independent tasks.

Required experience:  
Customer service
Sales experience is a major bonus.
Basic knowledge of real estate
Property Management experience is a plus, Section 8 experience is a plus

Note: We are looking for Individuals, not a company.
