Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant with a focus on account management. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team leader, managing a relational database and various modalities of communication; mail, e-mail, text, social media, and assisting with dynamic sales administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also utilize their clerical skills to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong relational and communication skills
Clerical skills for efficient operations
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the medical industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
To start, the hours would be Noon – 4pm California time.
Ideally the candidate will be located OCONUS – Outside the Contiguous United States
Hourly Range: $5.00-$9.00
