We are seeking a Part-Time Lead Manager who will be instrumental in managing client follow-ups and scheduling appointments. This role is crucial for keeping our team’s operations smooth and efficient, ensuring that every client interaction adds value and strengthens relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Client Follow-Ups: Clearly understand and manage client expectations, maintaining regular contact and ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
– Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and that meetings align with overall project timelines and objectives.
– Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-meeting phase, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Team Interaction: Work closely with team members to relay client needs and feedback, ensuring that all interactions align with our strategic goals and operational standards.
