Your primary mission in this role is to free up all non-income generating time for your employer, ensuring their productivity is maximized. You are expected to take initiative, manage yourself independently, and enhance your employer’s productivity without needing extensive supervision. At the end of each day, you will document all completed tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Tasks:
Task Management:
Manage and prioritize the employer’s task list
Review and reply to emails; send screenshots of important emails
Organize emails into strategic folders, including a review folder for emails that require the employer’s attention
Maintain a list of emails to follow up on if no response is received within a set time
Calendar and Meetings:
Manage the employer’s calendar, ensuring Fridays are blocked out
Organize and schedule meetings
Write summaries and create documents from video transcripts using AI
Social Media Management:
Post images and videos on Meta platforms and LinkedIn
Send screenshots of messages received on posts and reply to Meta inbox messages
Financial Management:
Perform end-of-month finances, including data entry for different businesses
Business-Specific Tasks:
Assist with various administrative tasks and communications
Financially Manage three properties.
UISN (Study Abroad Education Consultancy): Support consultancy tasks
Document and Communication Management:
Organize Word documents and fill out forms
Write and send email marketing content using a CRM system
Develop SOPs for major tasks
General Administrative Tasks:
Pay bills and invoices
Make necessary phone calls
Conduct research using Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Review and respond to LinkedIn messages
Create and manage a Google Drive account for central document sharing
Personal Tasks:
Pay personal bills and make phone calls
Fill out personal forms and make orders
Conduct general personal research
Manage travel arrangements
