Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Upwork


Location –  Remote

Position Type –  Part-Time, Long-Term

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for long-term growth within the company.

**Responsibilities:**
– Assist with document processing, including formatting, editing, and organizing files.
– Manage heavy email correspondence, prioritize emails, and draft responses when necessary.
– Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for me
– Perform basic administrative duties, such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining office supplies.
– Provide support with projects and tasks as assigned.
-Customer Support
-Invoicing/light bookkeeping

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of basic office procedures.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar).
– Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat for document processing tasks.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and take initiative when needed.
– Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
