Upwork Rate: $3/hr

Hours: Varies (typically several hours a week, up to 10).

Description:  
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Personal Assistant – Writing and managing documents and communication.

You must meet the following criteria
1) Excellent attention to detail
2) Excellent organisation skills (documents, system updates, chasing etc).
3) Excellent management skills.
4) Happy to use AI/ChatGPT to write documents based on specific instructions (text or voice etc).

DO NOT APPLY:
If you want more than $3/h, offers above $3/h will be automatically rejected.
If you want higher rate after you start, asking for more after you start will automatically end your contract.

If you don’t have up to 10h a week free on a regular basis. (If you are overloaded with work / commute / commitments, DO NOT APPLY).

This is a long term engagement, after a trial.

Key info about the job:

This is a PART-TIME Freelance work.  

Irregular hours, from 0h to 10h a week, sometimes more but only if you have availability.  

You MUST use time-tracking system we have + Upwork time tracking.

You MUST estimate effort for each task.

You MUST communicate progress, blockers, issues, availability etc.

Typically, Hours of work will be agreed based on the project and your availability, and there will be flexibility in this.

This freelancer work is 3 months work with likely extension if you perform well, and 0 days’ notice on both sides.

Hourly Range: $3.00
