Performance-Based Virtual Assistants for Client Acquisition – Upwork


We are seeking a dedicated team of 3 experienced Virtual Assistants to join our team. The primary goal is to acquire new clients or schedule meetings for our team to close marketing service contracts. We are looking for motivated professionals with exceptional communication and sales skills who can work on a performance-based compensation model.

Responsibilities:

– Identify and prospect potential new clients for the agency.
– Initiate contact via email, phone, or social media.
– Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
– Maintain detailed records of client interactions and lead statuses.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
– Achieve client acquisition targets set by the agency.

Compensation:

– Performance-based payment structure.
– 15% commission on the contract value for the first month.
– 2.5% residual commission for subsequent months until the end of the contract.
– Minimum contracts of $1000 per month with a minimum duration of 3 months.
