Personal Assistant to CEO (Part Time) – Fast Growing Australian Ecommerce Company – Upwork


COMPANY
We are an innovative ecommerce company developing and selling products for seniors, that are simple to use. Whilst we started 13 years ago, we have grown 300% n the past two years as we grow internationally, expand into retail stores as well as add new products and brands to our group. We are based in Australia with a team all over the world from Australia to China, Philippines and India.

ROLE
Due to our growth, we are looking for an organised, tech savvy personal assistant with attention to detail. That has flexible availability and experience with calendar management, documenting processes, etc. To delegate a number of existing admin tasks to as well as newly created tasks to optimise our operations.

You will work closely with the Founder supporting him in his day to day responsibilities. There will be a mix of ad hoc tasks and special projects. As well as ongoing tasks such as calendar management, organising gifts, project management, documenting processes and compiling our monthly CEO report.

There will be 5-10 hours per week of work, a lot of the tasks can be completed at any time that suits you. However, availability during Australian business hours to respond to ad hoc requests is important.

There is an opportunity for additional work across other departments including assisting with customer service during peak periods.
